October is where the fixture list stops being polite. An international window opens the month, and once it clears there are four Premier League matchweeks back to back with no break in them. For anyone signing up to Bet9ja this month, the promotion code is YOHAIG.

What you get for entering the code

There is a promo field on the Bet9ja sign-up form, and plenty of new users leave it blank. Put YOHAIG in the field and the account picks up the welcome offer, which runs to a maximum of ₦100,000 based on what you deposit first. The code cannot be added afterwards, so the field only works on the way in.

The code itself is free. New customers only, and the bonus comes with wagering conditions, which is standard across the market. Read them on the promo page before you fund the account.

Register with promotion code YOHAIG and claim up to ₦100,000 as a welcome bonus.

The first week belongs to the national teams

Nations League matchdays three and four fall between 1 and 6 October, which means no club football in the first week. Nigeria close their own window with a friendly away to Russia at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Tuesday 6 October. No kick-off time was confirmed at the time of writing, so look it up before you build anything.

What the Premier League gives you this month

League football resumes on Saturday 10 October. The Saturday runs from Arsenal against Leeds United through to Manchester United versus Tottenham Hotspur, then Anfield has Liverpool against Manchester City on Sunday. The following weekend brings Everton against Chelsea, Newcastle United hosting Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest versus Arsenal on the Sunday evening.

Friday 23 October opens the next round with Ipswich Town against Nottingham Forest, and Chelsea versus Tottenham Hotspur headlines the Saturday. The final Saturday, 31 October, opens with Chelsea against Manchester United and ends with Aston Villa versus Fulham.

Worth noting: Manchester City have reportedly been found guilty on all but one of their 115 charges. The penalty had not been announced when this went up. If anything lands mid-season it moves the title and relegation markets hard, so watch the news before you touch a long-range bet.

The clock change nobody plans for

British clocks go back on Sunday 25 October and Nigeria does not move. Until Saturday the 24th, UK and Nigerian kick-off times read identically. From the 25th you add an hour, so a 15:00 English kick-off is 16:00 Nigerian time.

How to approach a month this full

•

• Enter the code at registration, not after. YOHAIG only works on the way in.

• Decide what the whole month costs you before 10 October. Four straight matchweeks makes it easy to drift.

Where to check the current offer

Bonus terms in this market move, so it pays to read the live page rather than trust a screenshot from three months ago. The full breakdown of the current Bet9ja promo code sits on bet9japromotioncode.com.ng, including what the welcome bonus requires.

A Super Eagles trip to Russia, Liverpool versus Manchester City at Anfield and four straight matchweeks make for a full month. Whatever you back, back it within a figure you set in advance.
