October is the month the season stops easing in and starts stacking up. A short international stretch comes first, then four straight Premier League matchweeks with nothing in between. For anyone signing up to bet9ja promo code YOHAIG this month, the promotion code is YOHAIG.

What the YOHAIG code actually does

The promo field sits on the bet9ja promo code YOHAIG registration form and most people scroll straight past it. Enter YOHAIG in that box and your new account qualifies for a welcome bonus of up to ₦100,000, scaled to your opening deposit. It is a one-time box, because the code will not attach to an account that already exists.

The code itself is free. New customers only, and the bonus comes with wagering conditions, which is standard across the market. Read them on the promo page before you fund the account.

Open an account using the code YOHAIG and claim up to ₦100,000 welcome bonus.

The first week belongs to the national teams

The UEFA Nations League runs its third and fourth rounds between the 1st and the 6th of October, so the opening week is international football only. Nigeria close their own window with a friendly away to Russia at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Tuesday 6 October. The kick-off time was still unannounced when this went up, so confirm it before you stake.

What the Premier League gives you this month

League football resumes on Saturday 10 October. Arsenal versus Leeds United opens it at lunchtime, Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur later that day, and Liverpool host Manchester City at Anfield on the Sunday. A week later you get Everton versus Chelsea, Newcastle United against Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest hosting Arsenal on Sunday evening.

Friday 23 October opens the next round with Ipswich Town against Nottingham Forest, and Chelsea versus Tottenham Hotspur headlines the Saturday. The month closes on Saturday 31 October with Chelsea against Manchester United at lunchtime and Aston Villa hosting Fulham under the lights.

There is also the Manchester City case, with the club reportedly found guilty on nearly all of the 115 charges. No sanction had been confirmed when this was written. If anything lands mid-season it moves the title and relegation markets hard, register using the code so watch the news before you touch a long-range bet.

Why kick-off times move on 25 October

UK clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, and Nigeria stays put. Through to the 24th the two clocks match exactly. After that Sunday you add sixty minutes, which makes a 15:00 English kick-off a 16:00 start here.

Getting the most out of a busy month

•

• Enter the code at registration, not after. The code only applies to a new account.

• Set a monthly figure before the clubs come back and stick to it. Four straight matchweeks makes it easy to drift.
