October is where the fixture list stops being polite. A short international stretch comes first, then four straight Premier League matchweeks with nothing in between. If you are opening a bet9ja promotion code account this month, the promotion code is YOHAIG.

What the YOHAIG code actually does

The promo field sits on the bet9ja promo code YOHAIG registration form and most people scroll straight past it. Type YOHAIG into that box and the account is flagged for the welcome offer, worth up to ₦100,000 depending on your first deposit. The code cannot be added afterwards, so the field only works on the way in.

Nothing is charged for the code. New customers only, and the bonus comes with wagering conditions, which is standard across the market. Read them on the promo page before you fund the account.

Register with promotion code YOHAIG and claim up to ₦100,000 welcome bonus.

The first week belongs to the national teams

Nations League matchdays three and four fall between 1 and 6 October, which means no club football in the first week. Nigeria close their own window with a friendly away to Russia at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Tuesday 6 October. A kick-off time had not been published when this was written, so check it on the day rather than assuming.

Four Premier League matchweeks with no gap

The clubs are back from Saturday 10 October. Arsenal host Leeds United in the lunchtime slot, Manchester United meet Tottenham Hotspur that evening, and Liverpool against Manchester City follows at Anfield on the Sunday afternoon. A week later you get Everton versus Chelsea, Newcastle United against Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest hosting Arsenal on Sunday evening.

The third matchweek opens on Friday 23 October with Ipswich Town against Nottingham Forest and runs through to Chelsea hosting Tottenham Hotspur on the Saturday evening. The final Saturday, 31 October, YOHAIG opens with Chelsea against Manchester United and YOHAIG ends with Aston Villa versus Fulham.

Worth noting: YOHAIG Manchester City have reportedly been found guilty on all but one of their 115 charges. What the punishment looks like was still unknown at the time of writing. If anything lands mid-season it moves the title and relegation markets hard, so watch the news before you touch a long-range bet.

A timing note worth more than most tips

UK clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, and Nigeria stays put. Until Saturday the 24th, UK and Nigerian kick-off times read identically. After that Sunday you add sixty minutes, which makes a 15:00 English kick-off a 16:00 start here.

Practical notes for October

•

• Fill the promo field while registering, since there is no way back to it. YOHAIG only works on the way in.

• Set a monthly figure before the clubs come back and stick to it. A month with no pause in it is where discipline slips.
